This are the terms of service (TOS) for Mamonocon's art comissions.
By purchasing or commissioning any artwork from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service.
Proceeding with payment means you agree to follow and respect these terms.I will assume you have read my T.O.S before we begin.1. Rights and Restrictions* I reserve the right to cancel a commission without issuing a refund if my Terms of Service are violated.
* My artwork and commissions must never be used for NFTs, AI training, or uploaded to any AI generation tools, bots, or websites under any circumstances.
* All artworks and commissions are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
* Commercial use requires explicit permission and an additional fee.
* You are allowed to repost my art on your own accounts or platforms, as long as proper credit is given and the artwork is not altered or claimed as your own.2. Artistic Process* I do not work with full artistic freedom unless specifically requested or when creating a completely new character.
* Please provide visual and written references describing all the details you want your character to have.
* For posing, I will require both a detailed written description and a visual reference even if it’s just a stick figure sketch when you can’t find the exact pose you want.
* Progress updates will be provided throughout the process, and the client has the right to request an update if a reasonable amount of time has passed without one.3. Sketches and Revisions* We will first discuss your ideas, character references, pose, and overall complexity.
* Once the sketching phase begins, you will have one opportunity to choose another of my styles for a re-sketch, and then decide which version you prefer to proceed with.
* Once lineart begins, no major changes to the main drawing can be made so please be as clear and detailed as possible before I start this stage.
* Any mistakes or missing details from the references on my part will be corrected or added with no issue.4. Payment and Refund Policy* Full payment is required upfront before I start working on the piece
* Paypal only.
* Payment must be made in USD, so please convert before sending.
* Refunds:
* Only available if I haven’t started the lineart.
* If I’ve already made sketches and revisions, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
* A full refund is only possible if a significant amount of time has passed and I haven’t sent the first sketch.
* Tips are always appreciated but not obligatory.5. Age Restrictions and Conduct* As a mature artist, I do not sell any kind of art to individuals under 18 years old.
* By commissioning me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to this condition.
* If I later discover that this was not true, I am not responsible for any resulting issues.
* If a client behaves in an uncomfortable, weird, suggestive, or aggressive manner after payment, I reserve the right to cancel the commission with no refund.
* I also reserve the right to refuse any request that makes me uncomfortable and, if necessary, block and expose the client.6. Workload and Delays* I am currently a student, so sometimes exams and assignments may cause delays in delivery.
* Any delay will be communicated beforehand, and I will always do my best to keep you updated and discuss any issues.
